Two structural details shape everything else. Service runs Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30pm, closing at 10:30pm midweek, 11pm Friday and Saturday, and 10pm Sunday, with Monday dark. And parties are capped: eight to twelve guests go through the private event form on the restaurant’s own site rather than Resy, and anything above twelve needs a buyout.

Why the table is so hard

Start with the arithmetic. There are 38 seats inside and 20 outside, 58 in total, across six dinner services a week and no lunch.
